水力分级箱Hydraulic classification box

水力分级箱是一铁制的角锥箱，上部安有楔形阻砂条，下面装有分级箱底阀。通常由从200毫米到800毫米一系列宽度的分级箱用普通水槽联结而成，沉砂则由粗到细排出，。
     它广泛应用在摇床选别前的水力分级作业中，起到分级和分配矿量的作用，以提高摇床的选别效率。水力分级箱具有结构简单，便于维护、不消耗动力、性能可靠、操作方便，脱泥等优点。
