1960 年代初，美国内布拉斯加州奥罗拉市的罗·布莱克开发了“Cyclonaire”旋风气力技术并取得专利。赛克来亚就是“Cyclonaire”的音译。
1966 年，约克制造公司收购了该设备制造权。气力输送机在内布拉斯加州80号州际公路工程中被广泛应用于水泥卸载。
1973 年，赛克来亚公司成立并购买了该技术的销售和制造权，开启了气力输送技术长足发展的新阶段。
2008年，赛克来亚来到中国。

In the early 1960’s, Roe Black of Aurora, Nebraska founded and patented the original invention Cyclonaire.
